To support deserving and economically weaker students, RGCE facilitates a wide range of government scholarships, fee waivers, and institutional support programmes*.

Government Scholarship Schemes (Tamil Nadu)

A government initiative to encourage the education of girls.

Eligibility
  • Girls studying from Government Schools (6th to 12th) and pursuing higher education

  • Monthly financial assistance directly to the student’s bank account

A financial support scheme specifically for boys from government schools pursuing higher education.

  • Monthly assistance to encourage engineering education among government-school students

For students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Institutional Scholarships (RGCE Support)

RGCE offers additional financial support for deserving students.

For students with outstanding academic performance in +2 or semester examinations.

For students representing the school / district / state in major sports events.

03. Need-Based Fee Concession

For economically weaker students after evaluation by the management.

04. Talent & Achievement Scholarship

For students excelling in technical competitions, innovation contests, or cultural achievements.

For guidance and support, students can contact the Students affairs office, located at the Academic Block, RGCE Campus.

  • Assistance Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 3.00 PM
  • Required Documents: Latest academic credentials, income certificate, community certificate, bank passbook, Aadhaar, etc.
