The Department of Embedded System Technologies at Rajiv Gandhi College Of Engineering focuses on shaping advanced-level engineering professionals with expertise in embedded hardware, real-time systems, automation, IoT, and intelligent controllers.
With experienced faculty, modern laboratories, and research-driven teaching methodologies, the department fosters innovation in embedded computing, microcontrollers, VLSI design, robotics, automotive electronics, and industrial automation.

M.Tech in Embedded System Technologies is a specialized 2-year postgraduate programme designed to develop experts in embedded hardware-software integration, microcontroller programming, and real-time system design.
The course prepares students to build high-performance embedded devices used in automobiles, consumer electronics, healthcare equipment, defence systems, smart appliances, robotics, and IoT applications.
Students are trained in embedded C, ARM processors, FPGA design, IoT architectures, embedded Linux, robotics, control systems, sensor technologies, and advanced VLSI concepts.
